Returns & Refund Policy

At Rydercases, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

During this period, you may request a return without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused 
• Be in its original condition 
• Include original packaging and labels 
• Include proof of purchase 

Returns showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at:

store@rydercases.com 

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or there has been a shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item, or from the date the customer provides proof of return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Personalized or custom-made products 
• Items damaged due to misuse 
• Products returned without original packaging
